This time will give you the opportunity to ask any questions and express your concerns. This will help me to establish a treatment plan to help you move forward. | Only £15 for 1 hour |
| HYPNOTHERAPY SESSION | Hypnotherapy session. After taking time to get you know you and understand your needs, I will individually write you your very own Hypnotherapy session, using various techniques to help you in the best way possible. Sessions may include NLP, Parts therapy, Gestalt, Mindfulness, Future pacing, Affirmation, Anchoring and much more. | £60 for 90 minutes |
| THERAPY SESSION | Therapy sesssion to include a wide range of techniques to help you manage your symptoms to include EFT, EMDR, Havening, Mindfulness, Gratitude, NLP, (does not include hypnotherapy) First Steps session required beforehand. | £50 for 90 minutes |

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice and 'no shows' will incur a 50% of appointment charge.
