| First Steps session. This initial treatment is to explore what has lead you to hypnotherapy, your goals and what may be holding you back. This time will give you the opportunity to ask any questions and express your concerns. This will help me to establish a treatment plan to help you move forward. | £30 for 90 minuutes |
| First Hypnotherapy session. This first session will be a full Hypnotherapy treatment that I have tailored specifically for you. Includes coping exercises and techniques that you can use between sessions. | £40 for first session only. 90 minutes |
| Consecutive follow up hypnotherpy sessions. | £60 for 90 minutes therafter |
| Therapy sesssion to include a wide range of techniques to help you manage your symptoms to include EFT, EMDR, Havening, Mindfulness, Gratitude, NLP, (does not include hypnotherapy) Consultation required beforehand | £50 for 90 minutes |
